Refund policy
Your satisfaction is important to us and we want you to love every purchase from MiniPaw Luxe.
Returns We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition and original packaging where applicable. To initiate a return please contact us at support@minipawluxe.com with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Certain items may be subject to a restocking fee deducted from your refund. This will be communicated to you before your return is processed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@minipawluxe.com with a photo of the item and your order number. We will make it right as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items For hygiene reasons, certain items such as pet bowls, lick mats, fountains, and feeders that have been used are not eligible for return. Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for returns.
Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
