Shipping policy

Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping (United States) All MiniPaw Luxe products are fulfilled directly by our supplier partners. Shipping rates are calculated by each supplier at checkout based on the items ordered, your location, and available carrier options. Delivery may take up to 7–12 days. Orders containing items from different suppliers may arrive in separate packages — this is normal and does not indicate a missing item.

Free Shipping Free shipping applies to eligible orders over $50 on economy rates (up to $9 value). Expedited or premium rates are not included. Certain items are excluded from this offer, including large or heavy items and products from suppliers with higher fulfillment costs; this will be noted on the product page. MangoPets products contribute toward the $50 free shipping threshold for other eligible items in your cart. For MangoPets products themselves, free shipping applies when your MangoPets subtotal reaches $99 or more.

Tracking Once your order ships you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

International Shipping We currently ship within the United States only.
