Shipping policy

Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United States) Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the supplier fulfilling your order. Delivery may take up to 7-12 days. Free shipping or flat-rate options may be available on select orders, depending on the supplier. Final shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.

A Note on Shipping Times MiniPaw Luxe works with a variety of trusted suppliers to bring you a curated selection of unique pet accessories. As a result, some orders may ship from multiple locations and arrive separately.

Tracking Once your order ships you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update after you receive your confirmation.

Multiple Item Orders If your order contains items from different suppliers, they may arrive in separate packages at different times. This is completely normal and does not indicate a missing item.
